Her FDA and USDA regulatory compliance counseling includes recall implementation, food safety, FSMA compliance, registration issues, defense of criminal investigations, and FDA/USDA enforcement actions. Angela partners with her clients to devise unique strategic approaches to compliance issues and litigation matters. Angela has a proven track record of successfully defending consumer class action labeling matters, with several high-publicity wins.
