Andrew Oduor

Andrew Oduor is a partner in Bowmans' Nairobi Corporate Department. He specialises in tax litigation, tax compliance and tax advisory services. He has advised clients in the fields of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, international tax, corporation tax, withholding tax, VAT, customs and payroll taxes. He has experience in a range of sectors including banking, insurance, not for profit, education, ICT, consumer, oil and gas, motor, manufacturing, and agricultural among others. He has also facilitated numerous training sessions to boards and staff of both local and global companies on tax related issues. Andrew has an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and.
