Andrew M Herman

Andrew serves as counsel to private equity funds and their portfolio companies across a variety of industries in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, growth capital investments, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and restructurings. Additionally, Andrew has experience representing public companies and their boards of directors on mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation and corporate governance matters. Representative clients include MidOcean Partners, Quad-C Management, Arlington Capital, ATL Partners, Rhone Capital, Elliott Investment Management, Tutor Perini and Monumental Sports and Entertainment (holding company of the Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals and Washington Mystics).
