Andy Luger returned to Jones Day in 2025 after serving a second term as U.S. Attorney for Minnesota under the Biden administration. Andy has formidable experience in the government and private practice sectors. As U.S. Attorney, he developed a local, state, and federal law enforcement strategy to combat an unprecedented rise in violent crime and oversaw significant large-scale fraud prosecutions.
