Andrew Gibb

Andrew Gibb is special counsel in Milbank’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. Andrew has extensive experience advising on the development and financing of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects throughout Asia, and has particular experience in Indonesia. His experience spans a variety of sectors, including conventional and renewable power, oil and gas, petrochemical and mining. He also advises on related M&A, acquisition financing and restructuring matters. Andrew regularly advises on large multi-source financings involving ECAs and multi-laterals and has particular expertise advising on project structuring and risk analysis, and representing project owners on the negotiation and administration of a broad range of EPC, O&M, offtake and other project agreements.
