Andrew specialises in domestic and international civil engineering, building, energy, shipbuilding, professional negligence and general commercial law matters. Andrew represents contractors, private employers, professional advisers and insurers. His experience in engineering and construction includes disputes relating to airports, power stations, PFI infrastructure projects, hydropower plants, manufacturing plants and residential/commercial developments. His experience in professional negligence includes claims involving architects, services engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers. He has acted as junior counsel on large litigations, international and domestic arbitrations, and in the Court of Appeal. He has been instructed on international arbitrations for parties and disputes based in a number of jurisdictions, including Oman, Dubai, Turkey, Russia, Georgia, South Africa, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and Mauritania.
