Andrew Fabens

Andrew represents issuers and underwriters in public and private corporate finance transactions, in both U.S. and international markets. His experience encompasses IPOs, follow-on offerings, investment grade, high-yield and convertible debt offerings and offerings of preferred, hybrid and derivative securities. Andrew regularly advises companies and investment banks on corporate and securities law issues, including spin-offs, M&A financing and other capital planning, liability management, disclosure and reporting under U.S. securities laws, as well as governance issues and stock exchange listings. His clients span emerging growth to multinationals; industries include consumer retail, healthcare, hospitality and tech.
