Andrew Chizzik

Andrew Chizzik is Co-Head of Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. He has extensive experience representing fund sponsors in launching and operating private investment funds. In addition, he represents private investment fund sponsors and their founders and personnel in connection with economic sharing arrangements among such persons and various employment and separation agreements. Andrew also represents certain prominent limited partners in connection with their investments in private investment funds, as well as buyers and sellers of secondary interests in private equity funds. Clients include Apollo Global Management, Brookfield Asset Management, Genstar Capital, JLL Partners, PSP, and WL Ross & Co.
