Experience

Andy represents developers, commercial lenders, business owners, entrepreneurs, and municipalities. He has represented numerous real estate developers and lending institutions with construction, permanent financing, and commercial loan matters. Andy has represented real estate developers in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of real estate, including multi-family housing. He has also served as bond counsel and issuer’s counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond issues, including sewer, water, EDIT, TIF, and recovery zone facility bond issues, and he has worked on numerous economic development projects.
