Ana Carola Muñoz is a founding partner of Orienta Legal and co-leads the firm's Corporate and M&A, Energy & Natural Resources, and Intellectual Property practices.
Her transactional work runs the full lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing. She has played a central role in the firm's most complex mandates, including a market-defining sale executed through three parallel corporate spin-offs, a structure that remains rare in Bolivia; inbound investment and market entry for multinational groups from Europe and Latin America; and corporate transformations with limited administrative precedent under Bolivian law.
In the energy sector she advises on oil, gas, power and lithium mandates, and within banking and finance she works on cross-border financing and dividend repatriation structures.
She also co-leads Ncourage, the firm's private wealth practice, advising business families on cross-border structuring, succession planning and asset protection in close coordination with international counsel. Fully integrated with the firm's corporate practice, it is an approach that remains uncommon in the Bolivian market.
