Our Corporate team advises clients on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including company incorporations, capital increases and reductions, corporate restructurings, amendments to by-laws, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the dissolution and liquidation of companies. We also support clients in the negotiation and implementation of commercial contracts, distribution and franchise agreements, and corporate financing. Our practice is also recognised for its expertise in corporate governance, designing and implementing legal structures that reinforce internal administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide our clients with robust frameworks to support their operations and long-term growth.

The department is led by partners Mariana Pereira and Ana Carola Muñoz, who have advised multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and companies across key industries such as agribusiness, retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, construction, and banking on their corporate matters.
