Ximena Pereira is a founding partner of Orienta Legal and leads the firm's Labour & Employment and Dispute Resolution practices, with more than 18 years of experience.

Her labour practice combines preventive design with courtroom work: collective bargaining, union negotiation, internal policies and hiring frameworks on one side; complex individual and collective disputes, reinstatement proceedings and social security litigation on the other. She has led the firm's line of defence against claims for presumed employer contributions brought by the national health insurance authority, obtaining judgments that dismissed those claims and established a precedent on how employer contributions may properly be audited.

In dispute resolution she conducts civil, commercial and labour proceedings, including actions to annul fraudulent property titles, third-party intervention claims, estate defences, and coordinated criminal and labour strategies in cases of workplace fraud. She also co-heads the firm's Intellectual Property practice.
