Amy B Rifkind

Amy Rifkind, co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice, has a broad commercial real estate practice with a focus on public-private partnerships (federal and local) and real estate development. She has significant experience in government real estate and represents owners in the procurement, administration, and financing of federal leases and in connection with federal exchange agreements. She also regularly handles purchases, dispositions, leases, and build-to-suits for real estate developers, users and owners, and represents borrowers in financing transactions.
