Amie advises major financial institutions, fund sponsors, investment advisers, and institutional investors on the formation, offering, management, and regulatory compliance of private funds. She offers counsel on commingled funds, separate accounts, REITs, funds of one, general partner funds, and co-investments – spanning real estate, private credit, timber, infrastructure, renewable energy, and other private equity asset classes. Amie is adept at forming both closed-end and open-end evergreen fund structures in the U.S. and abroad.
