Amélie is an associate in our Immigration Group in Montreal. Her practice focuses on Canadian immigration law, more specifically temporary residence matters for a wide variety of clients including individuals, start-ups, multinationals, and non-profit organizations. Amélie is often called upon to collaborate with colleagues from other practice groups to provide immigration-related advice in the context of complex cases and transactions. She has a particular interest for immigration-related litigation and has been involved in cases before the provincial and federal courts.

Amélie completed her articling exclusively in the area of immigration law and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2022. She speaks French, English and Spanish. She is a volunteer lawyer with Justice Pro Bono’s Immigration Law Clinic with Médecins du Monde.
