Alvin Katz

Alvin Katz has a widely diversified practice, representing opportunity funds, investment advisors, real estate investors, operators and developers, and public and private pension funds in joint ventures and partnerships, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, debt and equity financings, and management and leasing transactions. Over the course of his career, Alvin has been involved in virtually every aspect of the real estate industry. In recent years his practice has focused on the representation of clients entering into real estate joint ventures and related acquisition and financing transactions throughout the United States.
