He has directed important projects of companies that operate in different sectors and industries, public and private, open, and closed, with and without profit, contributing in each of them his experience in the legal and business world, managing to generate relationships of confidence that allowing az to advise companies for more than 20 years.

During his professional career represented company in Series A investment in its quest to become a leader in the carsharing industry in Latin America. Also has been participating in the preparation of an investment in the Insurtech sector, which was completed by means of financing through convertible notes after an exhaustive due diligence process.

On the other hand, he has permanent representation and advice to Chilean fintech in their legal needs (terms and conditions, regulation, contracts, among others).
