Allison is a partner in Gibson Dunn’s Real Estate and Land Use practices. She represents private equity funds, institutional and non-institutional investors, and developers in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions; joint ventures and preferred equity investments; mortgage, mezzanine, and construction financing; and loan restructuring and workouts. Her practice spans all asset classes including office, industrial, residential, student housing and senior housing, with particular focus on real estate development and complex mixed-use projects.
Allison has significant experience structuring and implementing large-scale, multi-phase development projects, including public-private partnership structures, ground leases and development agreements. Representative development matters include Brookfield’s 28-acre mixed-use development at San Francisco’s Pier 70, The Related Companies’ 300-acre mixed use development in Santa Clara, and the Golden State Warrior’s Chase Center in San Francisco.
