Alison is a consultant in Enable Law’s Southampton team, with a legal background as a health care litigation specialist, a role for which she has consistently received recognition in leading legal directories.
Her current focus is on Mental Capacity and Court of Protection work – a practice she has developed over the last 25 years.
Alison works with clients and the families of clients who are no longer able to manage their own property and affairs, and hold a number of appointments as a Court of Protection deputy.
An Honorary member of the AVMA Clinical Negligence panel and a member of the Professional Deputies Forum.
