Alexander Doorman

Alexander is a global transactions partner in the corporate team in our Amsterdam office. He specialises in cross-border public and private M&A, including private equity transactions. In addition to his Dutch M&A practice, Alexander brings a wealth of experience and understanding of doing deals involving Chinese parties, following a secondment to our Beijing office for three years from where he advised Chinese companies on their investments into the rest of the world, including The Netherlands.

Alexander’s business degree and some experience in investment banking means he also has a thorough understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of transactions. This helps him provide legal advice that is sound, timely and to-the-point.
