Alessia joined the Firm in 2009. Previously, she worked in leading national and international law firms.
She is involved in IP judicial cases assisting both Italian and foreign clients in proceedings involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
She acquired strong expertise in both meri and interim proceedings (such as preliminary injunctions, seizures, descriptions also at trade fairs) before the specialized IP Sections of the Italian Courts. She also assists the clients, both on a day-to-day basis and in relation to extraordinary transactions, in the areas of civil, commercial and IP law. Her activities consist in providing specialized consultancy in conceiving, structuring, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contracts, including international licenses, general terms and conditions, transfer of technology agreements, sponsorship contracts, JVs, R&D and joint development agreements and service agreements, as well as supply, distribution, procurement and agency agreements. She assists both Italian and foreign companies with regard to trademarks, patents, trade secrets, design, copyright, made-in, on-line piracy, IT, IoT and unfair competition.
