Career

Francesco joined the Firm in 2017, previously he worked in leading national and international law firms.

He has gained considerable experience in advising Italian and international banks on banking law, asset finance and structured finance. He advises financial institutions, companies and investors on real estate finance, project finance, asset finance and structured finance.

He regularly lectures on banking and finance issues at master’s and postgraduate level. He chairs the Talent and Leadership Subcommittee of the International Bar Association. Author of numerous publications on financial and bankruptcy law, published in Italian and foreign journals.
