About

Provided by CBA

The IP team assists companies in the creation, exploitation, commercialisation and protection of the results of their invention and development activities, providing specialised assistance in particular in the areas of patents for inventions and utility models, trademarks and domain names, know-how and trade secrets, designs, software and copyright, information technology, unfair competition and employee’s inventions.

We work with clients from the inception of their innovative and creative processes to maximise their value through non-disclosure agreements, collaboration agreements, technology transfer with universities and research centres, joint development, co-production, joint venture and consortium agreements, as well as providing cross-industry strategic advice with the support of our labour, tax and finance team.

We assist companies in the commercialisation of their intangible assets, whether patents, trademarks, know-how or intellectual property, and in the implementation of technological innovations, through the drafting and negotiation of acquisition or assignment, licensing, distribution, sponsorship, co-branding, franchising and merchandising agreements.
