Ilaria has significant experience in corporate law, with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions and business combinations, both buy side and sell side.

She assists private equity funds on a daily basis in acquisition transactions, LBOs and MBOs as well as in investment exits.

She also deals with corporate governance with a particular focus on unlisted companies.
