Alejandro has over 30 years of experience as one of the most recognized tax advisors in the market, with a special focus on the financial industry. He has provided tax advice on multiple M&A transactions, as well as to various private equity funds in their structuring, investment, and exit strategies. Additionally, he has actively participated in most initial public offerings (IPOs) across different asset classes, both in Mexico and abroad, and continuously advises Mexican families on wealth planning.
Alejandro is a member of the Tax Committee of the Mexican Association of Stock Market Institutions (AMIB) and the Tax Committee of the Mexican Private Equity Association (AMEXCAP). Prior to joining the firm, he served as Head of Tax for Latin America at JPMorgan for a period of five years.
