Alejandra Bañados has been Counsel of Prieto since 2021 and has been part of the Firm since 2010.

She leads the real estate area of Prieto, providing legal advice to various clients in real estate, urban planning, infrastructure, and corporate matters.

He has extensive experience in the development of real estate projects, negotiations of purchase or sale of assets, construction contracts, land use and urban planning, association agreements and corporate reorganizations, regulatory aspects, among other matters.

She earned her law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2010. He has postgraduate studies at the University of Melbourne Australia and Universidad de Los Andes.
