Alejandra is an associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra, with over ten years of experience, specializing in labor and social security law.

She advises and represents national and transnational companies on recruitment processes, drafting and amending employment contracts, preventing labor contingencies, formalizing the termination of high-level employees and executives, and managing compensation and benefits. She also specializes in the creation and review of internal policies, codes of conduct, and internal work regulations, as well as representing clients in litigation and conciliation before labor boards and courts.

Her expertise includes strategic consulting on corporate restructuring, personnel transfers, and labor and social security audits to ensure compliance with employer obligations, as well as daily legal advice on labor and social security matters.
