Mrs. Obregón obtained her law degree (JD) from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico in 2012. In addition, and during her law degree, Mrs. Obregon studied at the University of Essex in Colchester, United Kingdom from October 2010 through June 2011 and attended a program specialized on Emerging Practices at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, in Madrid, Spain in 2012 and a course on Antitrust Law at the Instituto de la Judicatura Federal in Mexico City in April of 2014.
Mrs. Obregón is a Former officer at the Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission.

• Sanofi – Boehringer - Business swap whereby Sanofi agreed to acquire Boehringer’s Consumer Healthcare Business worldwide.
• ChemChina-Pirelli - acquisition of sole control of Pirelli by a wholly-owned subsidiary of ChemChina.
• Cerberus Group-Avon – indirect acquisition of shareholding in Avon by a subsidiary of Cerberus Group.
Her native language is Spanish and she is fluent in English.
