Virginia is an associate with Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez, S.C. in our European office, where she specializes in Competition and Antitrust Law.
Ms. Campás obtained her law degree (JD) and Masters’ Degree in Corporate Law from Ramon Llull University (ESADE) Law School in Barcelona in 2011. In addition, Ms. Campas obtained her LL.M. degree from Duke Law School, in Durham, North Carolina, in 2012.
Ms. Campás joined Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez S.C. in 2015. She worked as an associate in the Madrid office of Pérez-Llorca Abogados from 2012 through 2014.

• Counsel to the Sherwin-Williams Company in its acquisition of sole control over The Valspar Corporation.
• Counsel to KKR, in the indirect acquisition for all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Calsonic Kansei Corporation.
• Counsel to Nokia Corporation and Alcatel-Lucent, in the acquisition of Nokia Corporation of sole control over Alcatel-Lucent.
• Counsel to AT&T Inc. in its acquisition of sole control over Nextel Mexico.
Ms. Campás is member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2011.
Her native languages are Spanish and Catalan, and she is fluent in English.
