Albert is highly experienced in offering legal advice in the fields of employment law and Social Security to commercial entities at both a local and a multinational level, in addition to advising qualified managers and staff.

The services he offers include: legal advice on restructuring and collective termination processes, in terms of employment regulation and bankruptcy proceedings; collective bargaining at autonomous, provincial and business level; negotiation proceedings with workers’ legal representatives; assistance and defending the interests of clients before the labor courts, High Courts of Justice, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court; as well as mediation before the Employment Court of Catalonia, arbitration before the Labor Inspectorate, consultations regarding contracts, compensation and benefits, stock option plans, employee handbooks, due diligence and post-merger integration processes.
