Agustina Dellacasa

Agustina Dellacasa has been a member of Marval O’Farrell Mairal since 2018 where she provides legal advice to mining companies.

Before joining Marval, she worked as an in-house lawyer for Provincia Seguros S.A.

She graduated from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 2013. In 2018, she obtained an LLM in Energy Law and Climate Change from the University of Groningen, Netherlands.

She has taken several graduate courses in her area of expertise at the University of Buenos Aires and the University Austral. Her specializations are business law and natural resource law.

She is a lecturer of Human Rights and Guarantees at the University of Buenos Aires and a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
