With an extensive scientific and legal background, Agnes Antonian has a unique and highly sought-after perspective on New Jersey’s most complex environmental matters. As Co-chair of Connell Foley's Environmental Group, she represents clients in a broad range of complex environmental litigation and land use matters. Agnes understands the diverse issues companies face in developing environmentally sensitive real estate and her experience spans the full spectrum of federal and state environmental law. She advises on compliance with the NJDEP related to hazardous substances, land use and air permitting, and she provides counsel on USEPA enforcement of Superfund and other federal environmental laws. Agnes also represents potentially responsible parties in federal and state court and alternative dispute resolution forums regarding government and private cost-recovery litigation.

She is fluent in Polish.
