Adam Monich

Adam structures and negotiates secured financings in commercial lending transactions. His experience ranges from representing lenders in single-bank deals to broadly syndicated investment-grade credit facilities, but his focus is representing banks and financial companies in middle market cash flow acquisition financings. Adam’s practice involves financings in a wide array of industries with a particular focus on the music and entertainment, insurance, financial services, health care, and technology sectors.

Adam serves as the relationship partner for Alston & Bird with multiple top-ten U.S. banking institutions and also represents Fortune 500 companies as primary outside finance counsel in their debt financing transactions.
