Member of the Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz Executive Compensation and Benefits department. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable John C. Lifland of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey from 1996 to 1997.

Mr. Shapiro received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1996, where he was an articles editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
