Christina Ma is a Partner in the Antitrust Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Her practice focuses on analyzing competition issues arising out of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures and advising and representing clients before the U.S. and international antitrust authorities.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina served as a law clerk to the Honorable Amalya L. Kearse of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Christina is co-chair of the ABA Antitrust Law Section’s Technology Committee and is a podcast host on the Section’s podcast, Our Curious Amalgam. She also serves on the advisory council for Columbia Law School’s Center for Public Research and Leadership. Christina’s accomplishments have been recognized by Bloomberg Law, Best Lawyers’, and Lawdragon, and she was very recently recognized as a Rising Star by the New York Law Journal.
