His practice areas include advising on all aspects of investments into real estate projects, creation of security, sale and purchase of real properties, including commercial leasing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation of the transaction, drafting and negotiating agreements relating to sale, mortgage, loans, license, construction, services, agency & franchise, litigation and arbitration related to real properties, among many others and advising domestic and international corporate clients on their general legal requirements.

• Acting for Apollo Asia RE Singapore Fund on the real estate aspects of its lending transactions with real estate developers.

• Advising Asia Pragati Strategic Investment Fund on debt transactions.

• Advised Blackstone on the real estate aspects in relation to its recent acquisitions of commercial and warehousing assets in North and West India.

• Advised Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) in relation to the real estate aspects of its strategic disinvestment of Air India Limited.

• Advising Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) on the real estate aspects of its non-aeronautical business.

• Advising Gillette India Limited (P&G) in its real estate matters.

• Advised Indian subsidiary of Vicat S. A. (world’s 2nd largest cement manufacturer) in relation to acquisition of 2,900 acres (12,63,24,000 square feet) of land in Gulbarga District of Karnataka for setting-up of a cement plant having a production capacity of 5.5 million tones (approx.) per annum.
