Mergers & Acquisitions:
The firm advises purchasers and sellers (including local and international private equity firms) in mergers and acquisitions involving publicly traded and private companies in Mexico as well as in respect of sales of cash flow generating assets located in Mexico. The firm has structured and implemented transactions of varying degrees of complexity (including public tender offers, corporate reorganisations and combinations and leveraged acquisitions) involving companies engaged in a wide variety of activities as well as different types of infrastructure assets located throughout Mexico.
