Litigation & Contentious Trusts:
The department is made up of well-respected counsel who regularly appear before all levels of the Bahamian and BVI courts, including the Privy Council. The litigation team is well-known for representing clients in complex multijurisdictional matters and is instructed in the most substantial cases. The department receives regular instructions in all areas of chancery and commercial work but is especially strong in trust law, corporate and commercial disputes, asset tracing and insolvencies of offshore funds.
