一、律所简介

广东诺臣律师事务所创办于2002年1月,秉承“智圆行方，已诺必诚”的理念稳步发展。诺臣所的办公室位于广州市天河区珠江新城CBD的周大福金融中心（东塔）31楼，总面积近4000平方米。

Guangdong Lawsons Law Office was founded in January 2002 and has steadily developed by adhering to the philosophy of 'being wise and practical, and always keeping promises with sincerity.' The firm's office is located on the 31st floor of the Chow Tai Fook Financial Center in Zhujiang New Town CBD, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, covering a total area of nearly 4,000 square meters.

诺臣所以粤港澳大湾区为中心，面向全球提供法律服务，已经成为一家在华南地区领先的综合性法律服务机构。诺臣所于2020年6月在广州市白云区开设第一家分所。2021年10月在揭阳市开设第二家分所。2024年4月在中山市开设第三家分所。本所由执业多年、经验丰富的资深律师发起组建，现有合伙人超140名，执业律师超230名，执业10年以上（含10年）的律师70名，另有若干实习人员和其他行政辅助人员，目前近300人规模。本所律师有的毕业于国内一流法学院（如北京大学、复旦大学、中南财经政法大学、中山大学、中国政法大学等），有的在海外学成归来，他们不仅具备精湛的专业知识、丰富的实践经验，更拥有高尚的职业道德，并各有专业特长，为规模化、专业化服务奠定了坚实基础。

Lawsons focuses on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and provides legal services to clients worldwide, becoming a leading comprehensive legal service institution in South China. In June 2020, Lawsons opened its first branch in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. In October 2021, it opened its second branch in Jieyang. In April 2024, it opened its third branch in Zhongshan. The firm was founded by experienced senior lawyers with many years of practice. It currently has more than 140 partners, over 230 practicing lawyers, 70 lawyers with 10 or more years of practice, as well as several interns and other administrative staff, totaling nearly 300 people. Some of the firm's lawyers graduated from top domestic law schools (such as Peking University, Fudan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Sun Yat-sen University, China University of Political Science and Law, etc.), while others have studied overseas. They not only possess outstanding professional knowledge and rich practical experience but also uphold high professional ethics and have specialized expertise, laying a solid foundation for providing large-scale, professional legal services.
