Work Highlights

（1）In 2025, Guan Xuanyun was responsible for a construction contract dispute of a large state-owned construction enterprise that has been ranked among the "top 10 national construction enterprises" for consecutive years, and the project involved in the project was originally planned to build the world's top ten super high-rise buildings, and recovered 380 million yuan of project funds for the state-owned enterprise to avoid the loss of state-owned assets.

（2）In 2023, Guan Xuanyun was responsible for the lease contract dispute of a village collective economic association in Guangzhou and won the lawsuit, the contract involved 50 acres of land, and a well-known brand real estate enterprise sued the village collective to pay up to 85 million yuan, which is directly related to the interests of the countryside and the maintenance of rural stability, and has made a significant contribution to resolving the crisis of collective property loss.

（3）In 2023, Guan Xuanyun represented the largest comprehensive real estate development group in a province to sue a land and resources planning bureau, recovered 740 million yuan of land transfer money through administrative litigation, and this case was awarded a "Exemplary" rating by LegalOne Merits.

（4）Since 2022, Guan Xuanyun has been responsible for a series of real estate disputes of a real estate state-owned enterprise in Guangzhou, with more than 100 cases and the subject matter of the case has exceeded 1 billion yuan, involving complex legal relationships between multiple companies and a large number of home buyers.

（5）In 2019, Guan Xuanyun was responsible for a company's lease contract dispute case, and finally successfully rejected all the other party's litigation claims by confirming the use of the site, and obtained the operation and management rights of the site with a construction fund of up to 60 million yuan for the client, and exempted the obligation to return nearly 40 million rents.Due to the success of this huge and difficult case and the good social effect, the case won the "Business Achievement Award" issued by the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
