The lawyers’ broad expertise ranges from debt refinancing, reorganisation proceedings of international group of companies, bankruptcy proceedings and related contingencies, including arbitration and legal processes, including experience appearing before INDECOPI’s bodies (Commission, Technical Secretary and Tribunal) and before Court and Arbitral Tribunals.
