Energy & Projects:

The firm has one of the largest dedicated oil and gas, energy and energy transition practices in the UK. This team advises on all aspects of energy through acquisitions of interests through exploration, production, decommissioning, financing and disposals. The team predominantly advises on matters taking place outside of the UK including CIS, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
