Nadine is a partner in the Energy Transactions and Projects team in London. She advises clients on a wide range of cross-border energy and infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, project development work and regulatory matters. Nadine’s practice has a strong focus on M&A and project development involving oil and gas and natural resources and related infrastructure across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe. Nadine is recognized in Legal 500 UK, 2023 for Projects, Energy and Natural resources and in Chambers UK, 2023 for Energy and Natural Resources: Oil and Gas. Nadine is active in the Association of International Energy Negotiators and is a key member of the drafting committee that is developing the revised model joint operating agreement for use in the international oil and gas industry.

Hygo Energy Transition in its $5 billion merger with New Fortress Energy
Equinor (formerly Statoil) in its successfully completed $2.9 billion acquisition from Petrobras of a 25 per cent interest in the Roncador field, located in the Campos Basin in Brazil. STAR Rafineri A.Ş. a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and its sponsors on the development and financing of a $6.3 billion greenfield oil refinery in Turkey on the Aegean Sea. This is the largest project financing in Turkey and involves the largest and most diverse group of ECAs for any multi-source financing in Turkey to date. The STAR project sets new benchmarks for project financings in Turkey in terms of amount and tenor of facilities. The Project won 10 awards including Infrastructure Journal’s “European Oil and Gas Deal of the Year 2014”
