In collaboration with our partners at Tactic Estudio Legal in Costa Rica, we have strengthened our capacity to respond and serve throughout the region. It is with great pride that we announce that A.D. Sosa & Soto now operates under the name TACTIC Legal, establishing itself as a regional firm with an agile and strategic vision.

While our name has changed, the values and principles that have defined us remain steadfast. Our legal tradition and forward-looking vision continue to guide our commitment to quality and excellence in service.

Tactic Guatemala is one of Guatemala’s leading law firms in the areas of litigation, corporate and transactional law. The firm, tracing its origins to the 19thcentury, was established in July 2004 after the merger of three of the country’s most prestigious law firms—Sosa & Sosa, Soto & Soto, and Alvarez, Daniels & Delgado.

Tactic Guatemala provides tailored-made legal counsel and representation to foreign companies, many of which are listed in the NYSE and other international securities exchanges, and also to local corporate conglomerates.
