RWK Goodman’s commercial practice offers a full spectrum of corporate, employment, property and litigation services. Environmental, social and corporate governance

RWK Goodman champions diversity and inclusion through its ED&I Committee, with a strong focus on talent development. Supporting programs like Inspire Law Global and 10,000 Black Interns, they’ve offered roles to five participants, while also nurturing six Graduate Solicitor Apprentices. Their internal and external mentoring initiatives, including a reciprocal mentoring scheme for aspiring Black legal professionals, show their commitment to building strong, diverse talent pipelines. Furthermore, the firm engages in charitable initiatives and support local Community Foundations.
