The addition of partners Angela Gregson and Nick Martyn has broadened the breadth of services provided by the team considerably. Angela specialises in neighbourly matters and development disputes, in particular: rights of light; boundaries; restrictive covenants; and rights of way. She has been involved in a number of substantial rights of light and party disputes, acting for both developers and those who are affected by developments. Nick specialises in commercial landlord and tenant work, acting for developers, and has particular experience in leasehold enfranchisement work, acting on matters concerning both flats and houses. Partner Ian McEwan focuses primarily on resolving commercial property disputes for both landlords and tenants, often in the retail sector. He also acts for institutional landlords, developers, commercial tenants and individuals and helps landlords, tenants, property owners and developers to resolve their property-related disputes.
