In this table Chambers UK lists solicitors with specialist knowledge of acting for employees and trade unions. The lawyers and law firms in this table advise on a range of areas including Employment Tribunal claims involving allegations of discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal, as well as equal pay disputes and employment status cases. 

Clients include public sector employees such as teachers, doctors, and civil servants, as well as private sector employees, including those working for large retailers and supermarkets. Other clients include agency and ‘Gig Economy’ workers.
