Annie specialises in employment, discrimination and trade union law. Her work ranges from pre-action advice to litigation in the Supreme Court.
Annie has particular expertise in employment status cases, representing Uber drivers and Deliveroo couriers in their claims for workers’ rights. She also has extensive experience in discrimination claims, including claims for sexual harassment against high profile individuals and in highly sensitive claims involving sexual assault. In addition, Annie regularly advises and represents individuals on a wide range on employment claims such as dismissal, whistleblowing and redundancy.
In terms of her trade union work, Annie’s experience includes representing trade unions and their members in the Employment Tribunal and the Central Arbitration Committee.
Annie has a BA in History from Cambridge University and the GDL and LPC from BPP Law School, both with Distinction.
She trained at City law firm Travers Smith and worked at a law centre before joining Leigh Day in 2015.
