Ms. Zhenhua Wang is well-versed in policies in natural resource and energy, particularly those concerning mineral resources, land, and new energy. She has been providing professional legal services in mineral resources and new energy and first-level land transfer markets, demonstrating an impressive track record in legal advice and retainer-based counsel for matters including investment and mergers and acquisitions, corporate policies, corporate compliance management, debt restructuring, major civil, commercial, and administrative dispute resolution in the mineral and energy sectors. Ms. Wang has served as legal advisor to the Ministry of Natural Resources (formerly the Ministry of Land and Resources) for six years, and provided legal services to well-known mining SOEs and large listed companies such as Minmetals Group, China National Gold Group, Zijin Group, Beijing Energy Group, Haohua Energy, Shandong Gold Group, Chifeng Gold, Lianmei Group, Taixi Coal Group, Junzheng Group, Hui Energy Group, Yitai Group, Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch, Ping An Inner Mongolia Branch, and Zhujiang Inner Mongolia Qingchunt Tower. In terms of academic works, Ms. Wang edited and published “Mining Language: Legal Practices of Mining Focus Issues” and was commissioned by the China Mining Association to edit “China Mining Legal Review (2022)”.
