When it comes to cross-border investment/M&A, Mr. Jiang has provided legal services for the entire process of transactions, encompassing due diligence, negotiation, document drafting, etc., to clients from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, natural resources, real estate, IT, entertainment, etc. In the area of litigation and arbitration, Mr. Jiang is highly experienced and skilled. He has represented clients in a number of significant litigation and arbitration cases relating to international trade and cross-border investment.

Mr. Jiang has practiced at Zhong Lun Law Firm as a partner of the International Department since August 2007. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Mr. Jiang was a senior partner of Beijing Jincheng & Tongda Law Firm. He was admitted to practice in 1997.
